Hobbs veto stamp strikes again!

This time it’s SB1511. A good bill sponsored by Senator Janae Shamp that would help trans de-transitioners. The bill was proposed as the “Detransitioner Bill of Rights”, which would guarantee an equality of care and medical coverage for those seeking to reverse so-called ‘gender affirming’ care. The bill passed through both chambers and came across Governor Hobb’s desk on June 12th. By June 18th Hobbs vetoed it. Hobbs statement: “This bill is unnecessary and would create a privacy risk for patients,” and she gave no further explanation thereafter. I think we all know what this whole thing is really about, don’t we?
