US inflation is now at 3.5%, announced yesterday. Overall consumer prices rose another 0.4% from February March. Rents have rose 5.8% since February. The state of Florida has the highest inflation rate, coming in at 4%. BIDEN-OMICS at it again!

Interesting info on electric vehicles
According to the consumer insights firm J.D. Power electric cars are ranking far below gas-powered cars. This information comes directly from the firm’s 2024 U.S. Vehicle Dependability Study. Apparently, higher tire wear is a frequently common issue for EVs. Other presenting problems are the smartphone apps for EVs which have been reported to be troublesome.
