AT&T has some ‘splaining to do!

This past Thursday MANY of AT&T customers had no service for up to three hours, apparently. Today, the company’s CEO John Stankey issued a letter to employees, which has been shared with the public. In the letter he states that the outage was attributed to “the application and execution of an incorrect process used while working to expand the network”.
